Revision Policy

The level of Quality Assurance we offer to our clients is unique.

It's one reason why over 95% of our clients come back to us. With SanTranslate, we'll give you a whole five working days to discuss queries to your finished translation.

Terms & Conditions

  1. “Revision” means to amend any inaccuracy in the translated document as raised by the client. This does not include any change to the tone of voice or style if it is different from that in the original document and specification, as agreed in the briefing prior to commencement of work.
  2. Revision does not include the re-writing or re-translation of the source content.
  3. Any disputes regarding the translation must be notified in writing to SanTranslate within five working days of SanTranslate’s final delivery of the translation.
  4. Final delivery means "the heading and/or subject of delivery, whether by e-mail, fax, post or any other channels".
  5. SanTranslate reserves the right to decline the revision of a translation if the client has made any alteration to the translation that was originally provided by SanTranslate, or if SanTranslate acknowledges that the suggestion made by the client may alter the meaning of the original document that was provided by the client and agreed upon to be translated.
